Vegetable Korma: A Nutty Delight

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, beans)
  • 1/2 cup JUST Dairy Paneer, cubed
  • 2 tbsp JUST Dairy Ghee
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • Spices: cumin, coriander, garam masala, turmeric
  • Nuts (cashews or almonds) for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Heat JUST Ghee in a pan and sauté the onions until translucent.
  2. Add the mixed vegetables and cook for a few minutes.
  3. Stir in the spices and cook for another 2 minutes.
  4. Add coconut milk and simmer until vegetables are tender.
  5. Gently fold in the cubed paneer and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  6. Garnish with chopped nuts and serve with rice or parathas.
