Homemade Paneer Tikka: A Taste of Tradition

Ingredients:

  • 250g JUST Dairy Paneer
  • 1 cup yogurt (JUST Dairy Full-Fat Yogurt)
  • Spices: turmeric, chili powder, garam masala
  • Lemon juice, salt, oil
  • Vegetables: bell peppers, onions

Instructions:

  1. Cut JUST Paneer into cubes and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, mix JUST Full-Fat Yogurt with spices, lemon juice, and salt.
  3. Coat the paneer cubes in the mixture and marinate for at least 1 hour.
  4. Skewer the paneer with vegetables and grill until golden.
