Ingredients:
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 cup JUST Dairy Paneer, crumbled
- 1 cup spinach, chopped
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- Salt to taste
- JUST Dairy Ghee for cooking
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix whole wheat flour with water to make a soft dough.
- In another bowl, combine crumbled JUST Paneer, chopped spinach, cumin seeds, and salt.
- Divide the dough into balls and roll each ball into a circle.
- Place a spoonful of the paneer and spinach mixture in the center and fold the edges to seal.
- Roll out gently and cook on a skillet with JUST Ghee until golden on both sides.
- Serve hot with yogurt or pickle.
