Cheesy Spinach and Paneer Stuffed Paratha

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1 cup JUST Dairy Paneer, crumbled
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  • Salt to taste
  • JUST Dairy Ghee for cooking

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix whole wheat flour with water to make a soft dough.
  2. In another bowl, combine crumbled JUST Paneer, chopped spinach, cumin seeds, and salt.
  3. Divide the dough into balls and roll each ball into a circle.
  4. Place a spoonful of the paneer and spinach mixture in the center and fold the edges to seal.
  5. Roll out gently and cook on a skillet with JUST Ghee until golden on both sides.
  6. Serve hot with yogurt or pickle.
